About this job
The Global Go-to-Market Leader will serve as the brand ambassador for our Marketing Effectiveness business, ensuring strategic visibility and engagement across markets. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing annual marketing plans, aligning product launches with commercial revenue drives, and positioning NIQ as a thought leader through industry events and content initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing Effectiveness, this role will orchestrate messaging, event participation, and thought leadership to strengthen our market presence globally.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute annual marketing plans aligned with product launch timelines and commercial objectives.
Brand Ambassador Role
- Represent NIQ at major industry events such as Cannes Lions and Possible, ensuring strong brand presence and thought leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Product teams on launch schedules and with Commercial teams on timing for revenue drives.
Messaging & Positioning
- Maintain a quarterly messaging calendar to ensure consistent and impactful communication to the market.
Thought Leadership Development
- Build and manage a robust library of thought leadership content for social media, publicity, and NIQ-hosted events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual global marketing plans aligned with product and commercial priorities.
- Coordinate NIQ’s Marketing Effectiveness participation in key industry events and ensure impactful representation.
- Maintain quarterly messaging strategy and oversee execution across channels.
- Create and curate thought leadership content to support brand positioning and engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Required Skillsets
- Strong expertise in global marketing strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in event marketing and brand positioning at industry forums.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with marketing effectiveness solutions and analytics-driven messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with global exposure.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to travel internationally for major events and stakeholder meetings (up to 50% of time)

Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $146,300- $175,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
