Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We have started a journey to become Operational Excellent through the program The Nefab Way, and the application of lean principles and practices. The Senior Manager Lean Transformation is a global role who will lead, guide and coordinate implementation of lean principles and practices at Nefab sites worldwide.

Main Responsibilities Include

Develop lean content (training material, guidelines, best practices)
Train leaders and personnel on all employee levels on lean principles and practices
Coach and guide leaders and lean champions on the implementation of lean principles and practices
Follow-up on progress and results regionally and locally
Coordinate a global lean network

This location is flexible, however preference is Atlanta USA, Dallas/Houston USA, the candidate should have easy/quick access to an international airport and be able to travel regularly (both internationally, and within USA). You will report to our Head of Manufacturing Excellence.

Your profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field or other relevant training and experience
Lean training

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of lean or continuous improvement leadership experience in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics environments.
Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Problem Solving).
Demonstrated experience implementing lean projects with measurable results.
Experience of working in a global setting with diverse cultures
Experience of working with different levels of an organisation

Languages

English - high proficiency.
Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
