Field Marketing Strategist

The Field Marketing Strategist will oversee a portfolio of 21 to 37 centers. This position is eligible to participate in 5% of the company bonus pool and offers various benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 9 paid Holidays per year, up to 5% 401(K) match and tuition reimbursement.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills to translate local insights into impactful marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or multi-location retail industries and advanced data management skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of in-center activations and event logistics across Grifols Plasma donation centers, ensuring seamless execution and an enhanced donor experience
• Align activation strategies with center-specific needs
• Track center's performance and oversee marketing impact at center level
