As an AT&T authorized retailer serving the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas, Motus Marketing helps customers stay connected through engaging sales campaigns and personalized service. We are looking for Sales Trainees who are ready to learn, grow, and represent one of the nation's top technology brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face within our trusted retail partners
• Explain AT&T's Wireless plans, services, and device options, helping customers find the best fit for their needs
• Build rapport with shoppers, answer questions, and guide them through the order process
• Work with a team to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on promotions and develop your skills
