Ecommerce Manager Job Description

• Manage daily operations for Amazon USA, Amazon Canada, and Shopify channels.
• Oversee imports/exports including HTS classification, customs compliance, and working with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate drayage, ocean/air shipments, and organize optimal LTL freight strategies to reduce costs and improve lead times.
• Track and process duty drawbacks, ensuring compliance and capturing savings opportunities.
• Oversee inventory control and forecasting, SKU database management, and replenishment strategies to stay ahead of demand.
• Build and maintain scalable systems and SOPs, leveraging project management software like Notion to organize workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
