We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Market Growth & Retention Specialist.

In this remote role, you will assist members with applications for healthcare coverage, resolve issues, and promote retention initiatives.

• Assist members with applications for healthcare coverage via phone or email
• Resolve issues related to healthcare coverage and benefits
• Promote retention initiatives to increase member engagement

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and obtain the NYS Certified Application Counselor Certification.
