- *Job Title**: Digital Marketing Intern
- *Reports To**: COO
- *Department**: Sales
- *Role Purpose**: To assist with all digital marketing and branding responsibilities with a focus on developing content for social media posts relevant to our client and employee base, drafting press releases, and search engine optimization.
- *Shift**: Flexible (Average 8 hours/week part time)
- *Rate**: $20.00/hr
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and create content for all company’s social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform strategies.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ needs and their specific industries.
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and events and find creative ways to incorporate those trends into social posts.
- Capture and analyze social media metrics.
- Create content for the company’s blog and draft press releases for industry media outlets.
- Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for
customer acquisition through digital marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing collateral for internal events, trade shows, and job fairs when requested.
- Perform market analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Strategize, plan, and execute any other relevant digital marketing tactics to enhance the
company’s digital marketing presence.
- *Qualifications**:
- Experience with digital marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
- Experience creating different types of content, e.g., graphics, text, video.
- Knowledge of any graphic design/video editing tools, e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, ideally, Figma.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook.
- Independent and results-driven work approach.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
