Head of eCommerce - FMCG

We are seeking a Head of eCommerce to lead the development and delivery of the E-Commerce Strategy for the UK & EMEA, focusing on marketplaces as priority partners.

This role requires expertise in driving eCommerce growth and managing sales performance to achieve business objectives.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic eCommerce sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the online sales channels and ensure optimal performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer journey.
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with key eCommerce platforms and partners.
• Ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business goals within the FMCG industry.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Profile

A successful Head of eCommerce should have
