Role Overview
Luxolis is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function across the manufacturing and construction sectors. This role is responsible for building brand authority, driving qualified lead generation, supporting sales growth, and positioning Luxolis as a trusted, innovative partner in highly technical B2B markets.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B marketing, understands complex buying cycles, and can translate technical products and services into compelling market value.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing leader with a strong understanding of manufacturing and construction environments and the ability to operate confidently within highly technical, relationship-driven industries. They are equally comfortable setting long-term strategic direction and executing hands-on initiatives, translating complex products, processes, and solutions into clear, compelling value propositions. This individual brings a pragmatic, data-led approach, understands long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying decisions, and works closely with sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business impact. They are a natural leader and collaborator, able to influence senior stakeholders, mentor teams, manage external partners, and continuously adapt marketing strategies to evolving market conditions while maintaining a strong focus on brand credibility, trust, and growth.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Luxolis’ business objectives
- Build and manage the marketing roadmap across brand, digital, content, events, and partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and scale the internal marketing team and external agencies
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen Luxolis’ brand presence within manufacturing and construction markets
- Define and maintain clear messaging and value propositions for different customer segments
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
- Drive qualified lead generation to support sales pipelines
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align campaigns, messaging, and targets
- Develop sales enablement tools including brochures, case studies, presentations, and proposals
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and marketing automation
- Track and optimize campaign performance using data, analytics, and KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI reporting
Content & Thought Leadership
- Lead content strategy focused on technical expertise, innovation, and industry leadership
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, industry insights, and project showcases
- Support PR, awards, trade publications, and speaking opportunities
Industry Engagement
- Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Build partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Required Experience & Skills
The ideal Head of Marketing is a visionary and hands-on leader who can inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team. They excel at setting strategic direction, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals, and driving measurable results. This leader is collaborative, able to influence senior stakeholders, mentor team members, and manage cross-functional and external partnerships. They combine commercial acumen with creativity, making data-driven decisions while fostering innovation, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of long sales cycles and technical products/services
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, brand building, and revenue support
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools
Desirable Experience
- Experience marketing to contractors, developers, engineers, or industrial clients
- Background in international or multi-market marketing
- Familiarity with digital transformation or innovation-led industries
