About Leap Health
Leap Health is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.
Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.
We're proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what's possible in specialty care.
The Opportunity
After a client launches with us, one of the most important challenges becomes effectively identifying and engaging eligible patients. This requires thoughtful outreach, precise targeting, and a deep understanding of the barriers that affect patient behavior. When activation is done well, patients enter care sooner, experience fewer delays, and receive the support needed to navigate complex therapy programs.
We're hiring a Director, Member Growth and Activation to own this function as an individual contributor and cross-functional coordinator. This person will design and execute experiments, develop strategies to reach the right patients at the right time, and continuously optimize the activation workflow. They will work closely with Clinical Operations (who directly engage patients and providers) and Engineering (who enable the data and tooling that make activation possible).
This role is both analytical and creative, with a hands-on focus that is essential to elevating the patient experience.
What You'll Do
Own Patient Activation Strategy & Execution
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
