**E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead**

• *General Duties Include**:
• Train and instruct the in-store e-commerce team in the process of order fulfillment and shipping
• Act as a leader/manager and model example to the e-commerce team
• Support in refining and streamlining e-commerce processes to ensure maximum efficiency
• Navigate online shopping platform to pull and process online shop invoices
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders that are shipped for the Canadian market
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately
• Ensure all orders are shipped meeting company standards
• Help outbound larger and corporate orders
• Perform workspace cleaning tasks as needed and maintain an overall clean and organized environment
• Assist with inbound inventory and large shipments (receiving)
• Resolve fulfillment errors and act as lead e-commerce customer service
• Manage relationships with our shipping partners
• Perform monthly inventory counts
• Other role-related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager and/or Company President
• *Desired Qualifications** Include**:
• At least 1 year of experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment
• Equipped with strong leadership, staff management, and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to learn in a rapidly expanding company
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High sense of urgency when completing tasks
• Strong ownership taker and ability to work/think independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Very computer and tech-savvy
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to cultivate an environment of mutual respect, courtesy and good manners
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
