Social Media Manager (Part Time)
J&MAINJ&MAIN is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage, engage, and grow a select group of client accounts. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can design, shoot, edit, publish, and actively engage not just schedule posts. You’ll work within a clear marketing strategy and brand voice, turning long-form ideas and real-world moments into short-form video and strong visual content that connects with audiences and supports growth across multiple platforms.
This role includes occasional on-site content capture with clients to record video and photo assets.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manage, publish, and actively engage across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn, and YouTube (Shorts + basic channel management) to help grow visibility and audience connection.
CONTENT CREATION
– Create original static graphics (Canva / Adobe)
– Create short-form video (Reels, Shorts, social clips)
– Capture content on-site with clients as needed
– Edit video for social platforms (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
– Write clear, on-brand captions aligned with campaign goals
YOUTUBE SHORTS & VIDEO REPURPOSING
– Upload and manage YouTube Shorts
– Optimize titles and descriptions and maintain consistency
– Repurpose long-form video into short-form assets
STRATEGY, ENGAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
– Follow content calendars and overall marketing strategy
– Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries
– Support audience growth through timely, on-brand interaction
– Collaborate closely with the J&MAIN team on priorities and timelines
