The Healthcare Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic communication initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, and promoting IBSA USA's pharmaceutical offerings. In this dynamic position, you'll take the lead in content creation, digital marketing, public relations, and ensuring our messaging is fully compliant with both brand objectives and regulatory standards.

As part of the Marketing department, you will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to:

  • Craft engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, sales aids, websites, newsletters, and online campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and oversee brand messaging to maintain consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Work alongside internal teams to develop educational and promotional resources for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensure all content adheres to FDA, PhRMA, and IBSA USA regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the implementation of social media strategies, content calendars, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage website updates and create SEO-optimized content.
  • Assist with public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and corporate communications.
  • Partner with agencies, PR firms, and internal teams to boost brand visibility.
  • Help create communication materials for industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences.
  • Support sales teams by providing communication tools, training resources, and messaging guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in marketing communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with a focus on scientific accuracy.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical industry compliance for promotional content.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across functions.
