About the Role

HomeTeam is a home inspection franchisor supporting local owners across the country—and we believe great work happens in a supportive, family-oriented environment where culture matters.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist who enjoys creating content, organizing projects, and using analytics to help others succeed. This role blends content creation, reporting, franchise coaching, and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on clarity, communication, and follow-through.

You’ll serve as the in-house expert for our enterprise local marketing and analytics platform using data and insights to improve content performance, social visibility, and local presence across the franchise system. While we currently have a strong platform we use, this role is built around platform skills and adaptability, and tools may evolve over time.

You’ll also work closely with our digital advertising partner, helping support campaign execution, share insights, and ensure content and reporting align with paid media efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the in-house expert for our enterprise local marketing and analytics platform managing content, insights, reporting, and optimization
  • Track and analyze digital content and social performance, turning data into clear, actionable insights
  • Act as the go-to coach for franchise owners on content best practices and digital presence
  • Project-manage content initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across the system
  • Collaborate closely with our digital advertising partner to support campaign execution, reporting alignment, and creative needs
  • Create short-form video and social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) for brand and local pages
  • Design templates, toolkits, and how-to resources that make marketing feel approachable and doable
  • Build educational content that explains analytics, content performance, and digital trends in plain language
  • Make light website and local page updates (copy, images, CTAs; backend training provided)
  • Stay current on social platform changes, analytics updates, and AI-driven discovery trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media
  • Comfort working with analytics, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Experience with enterprise local marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with external agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Clear, friendly communicator who enjoys coaching and educating
  • Strong writing skills for captions, simple web copy, and educational materials
  • Adaptable, curious, and comfortable learning new tools as platforms evolve
  • Must be able to work on-site in Milford, OH, 8–5pm EST
  • Must be able to provide a portfolio or equivalent (i.e social media posts, campaigns, videos, etc.)
