POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the integration between brand, channel, merchandise, and analytic teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration between key stakeholders to launch new campaigns and programs. Primary responsibilities include managing the planning, kickoff, and reporting of key programs and campaigns, facilitating integration and coordination between brand, channel, and analytics teams.

This position requires strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of marketing channels, and excellent communication skills. A successful candidate will have strong organizational and facilitation skills, attention to detail, and have a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders from across the organization. This position does not have any direct reports and will report to VP of Performance Marketing.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic and executional brief kickoffs, bringing key stakeholders together to gain alignment on marketing messages and tactics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure new and existing programs are funneled into the marketing process.
  • Communicate expectations, milestones, and timelines with key internal partners.
  • Partner with cross functional leads to manage master calendar process and integration points, including Retail Calendar.
  • Lead integration across marketing and brand teams, ensuring effective exchange of information and collaboration.
  • Aggregate plans and strategies from channel owners to build a cohesive integrated plan to support business programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with channel and analytics teams to summarize and socialize marketing performance for specific programs.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, defining cross-functional workflows and delivering comprehensive training to maximize usage, process efficiency, and team alignment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent does not have any direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing planning, operations, account management, or project management role.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, including digital media, radio and OOH, and email.
  • Experience working on brand campaigns and familiarity with the campaign creation process.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to connect the dots across multiple programs and campaigns.
  • Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers, operation or manipulation of equipment and/or materials located only on site, and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers.
