Description

The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for driving strategy and day-to-day oversight for all performance marketing channels to deliver profitable revenue growth for Grunt Style, LLC. This role owns full-funnel performance across performance marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, CTV and other emerging channels. The position requires strong strategic leadership, quantitative analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence while leading agencies and internal partners to execute at a high level.

Essential Functions

? Develop and own the performance marketing strategy for Grunt Styles Mainline business.

? Lead all paid media channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok with full accountability for performance and spend efficiency.

? Develop and execute creative strategy that aligns with broader brand and channel priorities and goals.

? Direct agency partners and internal teams to execute campaigns aligned with brand and revenue goals.

? Drive data-informed decision making through rigorous analysis and testing.

? Establish annual and in-season revenue targets, forecasting, and optimization plans.

? Deliver consistent executive-level performance reporting with insights and recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Own full-funnel Paid ? Media strategy and execution across Paid Search (Google), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Display and Affiliate.

? Manage budget pacing, bid strategies, creative testing, and daily, weekly, and monthly optimization.

? Lead external paid media agencies; define spend strategy, performance expectations, and planning cadence.

? Architect and manage campaign structures across acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.

? Own and evolve creative strategy for performance marketing in partnership with Creative and Content teams.

? Establish creative and audience testing frameworks to accelerate performance and learning.

? Track, analyze, and improve all performance marketing KPIs including CAC, MER, nMER, ROAS, CPA, LTV, retention, and revenue contribution.

? Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive summaries and make in-season recommendations to achieve revenue goals.

? Maintain alignment with Grunt Style’s brand, merchandising, and promotional calendar.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours 2 per week. Must be able to work extended hours as needed, to include weekends and holidays.

Travel Minimal travel is expected for this position.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

? 6+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing.

? Deep platform expertise across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Display

? Proven experience managing agencies and large marketing budgets
