Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Product Manager – eCommerce & CRM for a temporary full-time position (12‑month contract maternity leave replacement).
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & eCommerce, the Product Manager – eCommerce & CRM will be responsible for supporting and accelerating the evolution of our digital platforms as part of a maternity leave replacement.
This role will have a direct impact on the roadmap, user journey, and overall quality of the digital experience, ensuring it aligns with our standards, expectations, and KPIs.

Workplace: 400 Ave Sainte-Croix, Saint-Laurent, Quebec in hybrid mode (minimum three (3) days a week in the office)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Product Roadmap Management
Define priorities and key business challenges, ensure alignment across initiatives, and track progress against business objectives.
Manage the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and orchestrate Agile sprints using Jira.
Ensure timely delivery and oversee the deployment of current and upcoming tools according to the roadmap.
Manage external partners and oversee technological integrations.
Digital Experience & Customer Journey
Optimize the online customer journey and ensure a smooth, high‑performing user experience aligned with KPIs.
Act as the guardian of the user experience (UX) and conduct A/B tests to support data‑driven decisions.
Manage and deploy CRO initiatives.
CRM & Automation
Oversee and enhance CRM integrations, automations, and customer lifecycle flows within Klaviyo.
Place segmentation and audience building at the center of CRM and digital initiatives:
Define, refine, and maintain relevant, actionable audiences.
Ensure segmentation supports personalization, performance, and growth objectives.
Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to integrate audiences into campaigns and automations.
SEO & Content
Actively contribute to SEO initiatives, including content optimization and improvements to the website's technical structure.
Participate in development and optimization efforts on Shopify and third‑party apps (Shopify Plus is an asset).
Analytics & Quality
Define, monitor, and analyze digital KPIs (weekly and monthly) to propose concrete, measurable improvements.
Analyze performance via GA4, GTM, Shopify Analytics, SEMrush, and Supermetrics/Looker Studio, identifying key optimization opportunities.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead QA phases to ensure deliverable quality.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a team consisting of a Developer, a UX/UI Specialist, and an Email/CRM Specialist.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Studio/Content, Digital, IT, Operations, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure full alignment on priorities.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
Three to five (3–5) years of experience in Product Management or in digital/eCommerce/CRM project management, and at least two (2) years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities
Proficiency with analytics tools
GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience with Jira (or other relevant tools), backlog management, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Shopify, and ideally Shopify Plus (an asset)
Familiarity with Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform
