We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results Geotab is seeking an Associate Vice President, Digital Marketing who will set the tone, strategy and roadmap for overall digital marketing at Geotab. This position will manage execution of Digital Marketing plans for all Geotab brands through a high-performing team of digital marketers tasked with delivering qualified opportunities for the business. This team delivers world-class programs in SEO, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Social Media and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). - *What you’ll do:
As an extension of the digital team, you will lead engagements with the organization’s digital agencies (globally) to maximize prospect, customer, and partner engagement and conversion across all digital environments. You will implement measurable marketing experiences that extend the Geotab brand globally and grow its funnel from digital channels by developing paid and earned media strategies, testing and experimenting aggressively, and scaling initiatives to drive digital acquisition for the organization’s diverse portfolio of products.

- Develop a transformative and global digital marketing strategy that aligns with corporate and regional business and revenue goals.
- Identify and outline a unified digital journey for prospective and existing customers and partners from awareness to post purchase across all Geotab digital channels and properties.
- Build and scale global and regional ABM programs.
- Leverage digital channels to target key audiences through 1:1, 1:few and 1:many campaigns.
- Align strategy, lead generation and pipeline efforts to region/business/segment/channel strategy.
- Develop and manage global digital marketing campaigns and plans across all Geotab digital channels in support growing awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion and revenue.
- Work with Geotab’s agencies to manage key strategies and deliver regular reporting including executive-level performance analysis that connects initiatives to bottom line results.
- Leverage and optimize the full range of marketing digital channels based on reputational goals, business objectives, data readiness, target audience preferences, and the overall prospect, customer, and partner experience.
- Evolve owned digital channels leveraging new technologies and strategies to drive engagement, interest and conversions.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to assess digital metrics and trends to improve and/or add functionality, drive higher engagement and longer time spent on site/page, and increase conversions in an effort to improve program performance and ROI.
- Manage budgets, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings to marketing executives.
- Develop and deliver SEO and content strategy to position Geotab as #1 in priority regions and market segments.
- *What you’ll bring to this role**:
- 10-12 years experience of Digital marketing leadership and hands on experience in demand generation, SEO, CRO, website management, performance marketing, and ABM.
- 5-8 years of B2B Software or Saas Experience.
- People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams, develop people, and link performance to overall business objectives.
- Has a history of building successful Digital Marketing programs.
- Has understanding or experience implementing digital strategies to drive increase in market share within a reseller business model.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies with a proven ability to leverage research and analysis to drive direction, best practices, and process improvements.
