We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This is an entry-level, full-time position focused on customer interaction, brand representation, and sales support in retail environments. Paid training is provided, and no prior marketing or sales experience is required.

This role is suited for individuals interested in developing skills in sales, marketing, and customer service while working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in retail locations to provide information about products and services
Communicate product features, promotions, and brand benefits clearly
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching sessions
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Maintain accurate records related to customer interactions and sales activity

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and receive feedback
Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
