Required to lead Multi Track, Multi Year large scale transformation program (100-200 associates)

Need to have a proven delivery track record for software product development and implementation programs

Need to manage CIO-1 level client executives and Client Program Leaders

4

20 Years plus experience in program implementation

5

Aviation IT experience preferred

6

Flight and/or Crew Operations Technology Program experience is desirable

7

Comfortable with Global Delivery Model

Managing Technology, Product and Implementation leaders

Accountable for Delivery, Profitability and Customer Success

Location : Dallas / based out of customer premises

Need to own outcomes / end to end delivery of the integrated program - deliver to scope, cost, schedule commitments with quality. Take fearless ownership of the integrated program strategy and the business case (especially in complex & challenging situations with the customer)

Need to proactively manage and control scope and ensure best practices related to Change Management

Track, monitor and deliver the expected business benefits / business value outcomes

Need to monitor and own program financial outcomes including budget tracking, management and resource allocation and mobilization, to achieve profitability targets (owning difficult prioritisations or trade-off decisions to deliver a commercial outcome)

Collaborate with C-level management to enable the program strategy, align program activities with organizational strategy, optimize program resources and ensure program outcomes contribute to long-term business success

Build coalition at an executive and CxO level, enable active and visible participation, influence change agents and communication across. Create Exec dashboards for business reviews. Influence to transform views of decision makers.

Create an enabling environment and build a high-performing team of program and project managers. Plan the succession pipeline in the team

Keep team members aware of and focused on key priorities, inculcate a winning mindset and drive accountability in the team for agreed program priorities
