You will own real-time oversight of Meta ad accounts spending $100k+ per day.
Your job is not to build ads — it's to protect spend, spot decay early, and intervene fast.
If performance slips, you see it before ROAS collapses.
If something scales, you know why — not after the fact.
Core Responsibility
Act as the first line of defense for high-spend Meta accounts.
Continuously monitor performance across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives
Detect early performance degradation, inefficiencies, and scaling friction
Diagnose root causes and recommend decisive actions
Escalate clearly and fast when intervention is required
This is a thinking media buyer role, not an execution role.
What You'll Do Daily
Monitor high-spend Meta accounts in real time
Identify patterns, anomalies, and silent killers (fatigue, audience overlap, learning instability)
Detect creative fatigue before CPA spikes
Analyze comments and sentiment for conversion-impacting signals
Track correlations across campaigns, audiences, and spend shifts
Perform root-cause analysis when performance deviates
Escalate with clear, actionable recommendations (what, why, urgency)
Required Experience
1–2+ years hands-on Meta media buying
1+ year analyzing performance at scale
Experience with high-spend accounts ($50k+/day minimum)
Triple Whale – First Click attribution (required)
Deep understanding of spend dynamics, lag, and attribution bias

This role is about judgment, not mechanics.
Compensation
Hourly (based on experience)
30+ hours/week
Starts as 1–3 month contract
Up to 100% monthly performance bonus
