The Role

As Delegate Acquisition & Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving attendance at our global trade shows. Your mission: to attract, engage, and convert senior-level decision-makers into committed delegates, while shaping the campaigns that bring them in. This is a commercial marketing role with a strong sales edge — perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets while building powerful industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multichannel campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn, partnerships) to secure delegate registrations.
  • Engage with C-level and Director-level executives, promoting the value of attending our events.
  • Build relationships with industry organisations and associations to expand reach and drive attendance.
  • Partner with sales, operations, web, and design teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage CRM updates, email marketing, and database segmentation to target the right audience.
  • Track campaign performance, report results, and consistently exceed delegate acquisition targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales or acquisition targets.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong phone presence.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or delegate acquisition (events background a plus).
  • Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.
  • Commercially minded with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
