The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing. A strategic, data-driven, and creative
brand builder who will elevate our brand presence across both D2C and B2B markets.
This is a pivotal role that bridges long-term brand vision with short-term execution. As our
Director of Integrated Marketing, you’ll define and own the full 360° brand experience — from our
visual identity and voice, to how we show up across campaigns, channels, and customer
touchpoints.
You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, balancing bold ideas with
data-informed decisions to shape how our brand grows and resonates. You’ll lead a
high-performing marketing team, guide internal and external partners, and collaborate closely
with sales and product stakeholders to ensure our brand fuels business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership + Culture [40%]
- Hire, develop, and inspire top talent in the marketing team
- Lead regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Foster a high-eNPS culture rooted in coaching, engagement, and retention
- Adapt leadership style to motivate and empower the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader company goals
- Embody and champion Fittes values across all internal and external touchpoints
Brand Strategy [30%]
+Own and direct the full 360° brand experience across digital, social, PR, and partnerships
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines from packaging to experiential touchpoints
- Collaborate with B2B sales and performance marketing to achieve revenue goals
- Lead community growth and engagement initiatives
- Drive brand awareness through campaign performance and organic growth
Content + Partnerships [30%]
+Lead and expand influencer and media partnerships
- Own the affiliate program strategy and execution
- Oversee content strategy, planning, and delivery in alignment with brand objectives
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure cohesive brand messaging

You’re a Good Fit If You
- Bring 10
- years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on shaping
brand strategy and 3+ years driving go-to-market success
- Know what it takes to manage and grow a physical product brand—because you’ve done
it, more than once
- Have led and inspired creative talent for 5
- years, whether internally, externally, or
across both
- Know how to take a creative idea from concept to execution and have led the full
process for 3+ years
- Are passionate about performance and know how to bring out the best in a team
- Use data to guide decisions—not just gut feel—with experience using tools like Google
- Analytics, Meta platforms, and Shopify
