About the Role

Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate the engine that converts awareness into pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that directly drive revenue. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply collaborative — someone who enjoys building campaigns from scratch, partnering closely with Sales, and iterating rapidly in a fast-moving environment. This role is prospecting-focused and centered on pipeline creation rather than customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and additional performance channels) focused on acquisition, lead generation, and target accounts.
  • Run lifecycle marketing programs, including inbound nurtures, re-engagement campaigns, and personalized sequences for target accounts.

Collaboration & GTM Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns to pipeline goals and ensure smooth execution across functions.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to amplify key initiatives and GTM launches.
  • Play a central role in defining and scaling client’s growth engine, partnering closely with Sales, and contributing directly to marketing strategy.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including CAC, ROI, and funnel conversion, using a data-driven approach to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continually refine messaging, targeting, and creative.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Identify and test new channels, tactics, and AI-driven tools to scale growth efficiently.
  • Support a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and performance improvement.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Curious, creative, and adaptable — comfortable iterating in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with technical products or SaaS is a plus; B2B2C exposure is valued as the company expands self-service offerings.
  • Familiarity with observability, developer tooling, or cloud-native technologies is a bonus.
  • The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, self-starter, and systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping campaigns from the ground up.
