The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise our Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) accounts.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity, driving volume, efficiency, and revenue growth while maintaining strong brand visibility. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with wider marketing, analytics, and eCommerce teams.
As a European business, occasional travel to our other hubs may be required.
You will join our established Traffic team, working alongside two experienced Paid Traffic Specialists, collaborating on strategy, best practices, and performance optimisation across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of paid media accounts
- Own performance against volume, revenue, and cost-per-order (CPO) targets
- Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and implement a paid social strategy aligned with business objectives
- Create and execute full-funnel campaign strategies (upper, mid, and lower funnel)
- Continuously optimise accounts to improve:
- CTR
- Quality Score
- Conversion Rate
- CPA / CPO
- Execute A/B, split, and multivariate testing across:
- Bidding strategies
- Ad copy and creative
- Account and campaign structure
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Identify and launch new campaigns, ad groups, and keyword opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations on:
- Account structure
- Targeting
- Bidding strategies
- Budget allocation
- Work with the wider team on:
- Attribution modelling
- Upper and mid-funnel measurement
- Web analytics dashboards and reporting
- Produce clear performance reports and insights for management
- Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure effective communication
- Stay up to date with PPC industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Proactively test and implement new paid media strategies as the market evolves
- Work closely with local content managers and regional teams to ensure paid media ad copy is accurately translated, culturally relevant, and aligned with local market messaging
- Coordinate localisation of ad creative and messaging across Google Ads and Meta for focus markets
- Ensure all translated content supports performance objectives, brand tone of voice, and compliance with platform policies
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PPC / Paid Media role
- Proven hands-on experience managing:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience managing large budgets and high-volume eCommerce accounts
- Strong understanding of attribution models and performance measurement
- Confident using analytics and reporting tools from Google, Microsoft, and Meta
- Google Ads certification (essential)
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused
- Eligible to travel within Europe (valid passport required)
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Google Analytics certification
- Microsoft Ads (Bing) certification
- Recognised marketing qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Amazon Seller or Marketplace advertising experience
Working Schedule
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working model:
- Office-based: Monday to Wednesday
- Working from home: Thursday and Friday
- During peak trading periods (including Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day), full in-office attendance is required
- Additional hours will be required during peak periods and will be compensated with time in lieu
