Contract Need

We need an internal HubSpot expert to support in getting our instance built with the investment in HubSpot Marketing Hub this year. We have evaluated agencies, and require an in-house POC in order to move as quickly as we need to hit our goals in 2026.

Overview

We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Admin to join our team. In this role, you'll manage our HubSpot instance, execute marketing campaigns, optimize lead flows, and provide guidance (and implementation) on marketing automation best practices. You'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing systems run efficiently and effectively, helping us scale campaigns and drive growth of key indicators. The Hubspot Specialist is responsible for managing and fully leveraging all the capabilities of HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Marketing Hub Email

Partner closely with the Community Lifecycle Marketing team to grow and scale the email channel.

  • Partner with Data Analytics for best in class contact ingestion and hygiene.
  • Provide strategic input on email and marketing automation best practices, including segmentation, send timing, testing, and deliverability.
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Own the health and structure of the contact database to support effective targeting, email performance and deliverability.
  • Ensure CRM and marketing data integrity, system hygiene, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR,CAN-SPAM).
  • Manage HubSpot user permissions, troubleshoot issues, and support internal stakeholders with platform guidance as needed.
  • Building and managing dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including: Flows and Process, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects Configuration, Security Controls, Third-party integrations.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and report on campaign development, timelines, and results using HubSpot reports/ dashboards.
  • Remain current on HubSpot's product features, updates, and new capabilities.
  • Build, test, and launch email marketing workflows and nurture programs in HubSpot.

HubSpot CMS

Partner closely with the Community Marketing team to optimize and scale Hubspot instances.

  • Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot web environment.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and report on web performance, timelines, and results using HubSpot reports/ dashboards.
  • Serve as a project manager in implementation projects with the agency of record.
  • Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot (Marketing Hub required).
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices: segmentation, automation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability.
  • Ability to educate and support internal stakeholders on HubSpot capabilities and processes.
  • Proven experience building lifecycle campaigns from the ground up.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, data, and content teams to execute campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills (manage multiple priorities and timelines at a time).
  • ​Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.

  • Intermediate HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
