Director of Performance Media

Entech Network Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Director of Performance Media to lead DTC paid media strategy and execution. This role involves managing a team, setting performance standards, and driving outcomes through analytics and platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Search and Social Media subject-matter experts through coaching, training, and performance accountability
• Establish playbooks, standards, and testing frameworks that drive consistent execution and strong outcomes
• Audit account structure and performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements aligned with platform best practices
• Maintain strong oversight of analytics, KPIs, pacing, and forecasting across the DTC portfolio

Skills

• Proven DTC performance media leadership experience, including strong analytics, metrics, pacing, and forecasting
• Hands on, in platform expertise in Google Ads and Meta, able to audit and optimize directly in platform and review team work
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable leading client conversations and internal alignment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high accountability
• Background in performance focused specialty shops preferred, not a large holding company generalist profile
• Experience with Skai, Pacvue, or similar platforms is a plus
