E-Commerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including enhanced content, SEO, and A+ pages.
- Support marketing efforts across other e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ferguson.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling product representation.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies for content syndication and advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with direct experience managing Amazon accounts.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience with other retail platforms like Wayfair, Lowe's, or Home Depot, preferred
- Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems such as Salsify or Syndigo, preferred
- Experience with influencer marketing, including programs like Amazon Creator Connections or similar affiliate/content creator platforms.
