Role Description

This is a full-time, blended (on-site and remote) role for a Digital Marketing Manager. Candidates based in Kampala, Uganda are preferred. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our company website and digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve overseeing social media platforms, generating leads, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing digital campaigns.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and enhance the company's online presence.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation

Strong background in Marketing and Digital Marketing

Experience with Web Analytics tools and data-driven decision-making

Excellent communication and strategic planning skills

Adaptability to evolving marketing trends and technologies

Proven track record of driving online growth and audience engagement

Proficiency in web design and maintenance

Experience in agricultural or export industries is a plus
