About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Senior Communications and Marketing Executive to elevate our brand and expand our reach. In this critical leadership role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our organization's growth and community presence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to enhance our brand identity and promote our services to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include leading a diverse team in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives such as digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media outreach, email campaigns, and traditional marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will manage media relations, handle crisis communication, and ensure our messaging aligns with our mission.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in senior communications and marketing roles along with a proven history of developing and executing successful strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while an advanced degree is a plus. Exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and proficiency in digital marketing tools are essential qualities for this role.
