Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community leaders.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute marketing strategies and budgets to meet census and payer mix goals for a portfolio of facilities.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee online reputation, manage social media, and use analytics (Google Analytics) to track performance.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and support facility-level Marketing Directors/Admissions teams.
  • Sales & Outreach: Conduct community outreach, education, and special events to position facilities as local experts.
  • Admissions Process: Ensure a smooth, positive, and compliant transition for new patients, working closely with clinical teams.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and provide reports on marketing effectiveness.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Organization and project management.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of marketing/admissions experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
