Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community leaders.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute marketing strategies and budgets to meet census and payer mix goals for a portfolio of facilities.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee online reputation, manage social media, and use analytics (Google Analytics) to track performance.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and support facility-level Marketing Directors/Admissions teams.
- Sales & Outreach: Conduct community outreach, education, and special events to position facilities as local experts.
- Admissions Process: Ensure a smooth, positive, and compliant transition for new patients, working closely with clinical teams.
- Reporting: Track KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and provide reports on marketing effectiveness.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Data analysis and strategic thinking.
- Organization and project management.
Qualifications
- 3 years of marketing/admissions experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
