We are excited to announce an opening for a Marketing and Go-To-Market Advisor, who will take a leading role in exciting developments while managing our existing product lines, particularly focusing on Can-Am 2WV and Off-Road products.

We seek a passionate marketer with a customer-centric approach and a solid understanding of how to implement effective consumer engagement strategies and empower our network to initiate local marketing efforts.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders within our regional organization and engage with external agency partners.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • In-market Consumer Engagement Planning and Execution (50%): Develop and implement an annual engagement plan to support local strategies and achieve sales and profit objectives for Can-Am Off-Road and Sea-Doo.
  • Lead tactical initiatives outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Support local strategic growth initiatives.
  • Enhance brand visibility through earned media and PR collaboration.
  • Provide localized content for regional storytelling.
  • Ensure the accuracy of website content.
  • Track, measure, and report on results.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Dealer Marketing (30%): Advise and assist the dealer network in creating and executing local marketing plans to enhance consumer experiences at dealerships and improve retail effectiveness.
  • Guide dealers in the development and execution of marketing plans using BRP tools.
  • Maximize Co-op program benefits and implement corporate marketing claims.
  • Drive the digital transformation of dealers with Tier 3 digital solutions.
  • Market Monitoring (20%): Fuel our retail operations by staying closely connected to the market and fostering agility in decision-making. Gather insights into market trends and competitive information.
  • Collect market trends, insights, and competitive data.
  • Recommend Go-to-Market adjustments to maintain or gain market share.
  • Serve as the in-market product specialist and ensure team readiness.
  • Approve promotional assets for dealer activations.

You Will Excel In This Role If You Possess the Following Skills and Qualities:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Affinity for the powersport, motorcycle, or automotive industries is preferred.
  • Native English proficiency is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong business acumen to align marketing strategy with field operations and understand dealership dynamics.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and accountable mindset.
  • An inclusive, empathetic communication style, eager to build strong partnerships with dealers.
  • Experience collaborating effectively in a matrix environment.

This role is primarily remote with occasional travel within the UK and Ireland and to our EMEA HQ in Switzerland, potentially up to 20% of your time based on seasonal demands.
