Are you an online sales pro with a sharp eye for detail, strategic thinking, and the drive to win? We're on the hunt for a E-commerce Account Manager to take the reins of our presence on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Robert Dyas, Wilko, and more.

Based in our Ipswich HQ (with some flexibility for remote working), this is your chance to join a growing team where your ideas count, and your results speak volumes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing performance and growth across multiple online marketplaces.
  • Crafting smart, data-led sales strategies to maximise product visibility and revenue.
  • Taking responsibility for listing accuracy, SEO, and presentation quality.
  • Working cross-functionally with teams across the business to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitoring digital ad campaigns and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Contributing to strategic discussions and leading by example.

What You'll Need

  • A degree and solid experience in online sales, ideally across major marketplaces.
  • A team player mindset with the confidence to take ownership and show leadership.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and spoken.
  • A detail-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, especially for marketplace listings.
  • Experience in online admin and/or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a hunger to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
