Under the supervision of the Director of E-commerce, the coordinator will be responsible for integrating and scheduling all upcoming newsletters for our site and helping with the execution of site.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Coordinate all daily activities, including the deployment of promotional campaigns, e-commerce ;
  • Be responsible for quality testing and control;
  • Optimize the customer experience by ensuring the constant improvement of the design, content, navigation, brand image, performance and functionality of the site;
  • Regularly perform effective benchmark;
  • Stay on top of e-commerce trends;
  • Measure the performance of the website on an ongoing basis in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions
  • Plan and execute all communication schedules.
  • Perform quality assurance on communications and handle change requests.
  • Create data extension pages for upcoming contests.
  • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and execution of all CRM campaigns, adhering to business objectives and best practices.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and customer metrics.
  • Assist in defining audience segmentation and targeting strategies for CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to coordinate asset creation, copywriting, quality assurance, and testing.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new CRM strategies and tactics.
  • *Profile**:
  • Digital marketing coordination: You have solid experience in coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Fashion industry knowledge: A valuable asset if you've worked in this exciting industry.
  • Organization and prioritization: You're excellent at juggling priorities while maintaining impeccable organization.
  • Data-driven and problem-solving: You analyze, adjust, and find solutions based on concrete data.

  • *Requirements**:
  • 3 years of experience in an e-commerce position;
  • Experience with Optimizely (an asset);
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Bilingual in French and English both spoken and written (The person will have to do marketing campaigns for the Canadian market).
