The RPAC Flight Deck Transformation Leader is responsible for driving the Flight Deck (GE's proprietary manufacturing model) transformation within the Rotating Parts & Compressed Airfoils Part Family.

• Lead and execute Part Family Transformation Roadmap across manufacturing lines to achieve Operating goals using KPI-based performance management.
