Product Manager, Digital Growth & Commerce

Pay: $60-62 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.

Hybrid: New York City (3 days per week)

Length of contract: Approved for 12 months, possible extension

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60-62 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Holidays and vacation days taken are unpaid.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. We are looking for a digital strategist to lead the evolution of our existing customer experience across Travel, Spend, and Loyalty. In this role, you will own the end-to-end digital commerce roadmap, driving cross-sell opportunities and deepening client relationships through data-driven merchandising and personalization.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Analytics, tasked with transforming how we engage our customers. If you are a growth-minded leader who thrives on agile testing, behavioral insights, and delivering high-touch digital experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the strategic roadmap for digital commerce, focusing on increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) and driving year-over-year engagement growth.
  • Merchandising & Cross-Sell: Lead on-site placement and merchandising strategies to effectively cross-sell financial products to the existing customer base.
  • Personalization: Leverage data analytics to implement hyper-personalized user journeys that deliver the right offer at the right time.
  • Test & Learn: Champion an agile "test and learn" culture, designing experiments to optimize conversion rates, user flow, and offer performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Define KPIs, monitor dashboard performance, and translate analytics into actionable marketing insights.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of new features and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in E-commerce strategy, Digital Product Management, or Digital Sales.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in digital merchandising, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data Fluency: Strong ability to interpret analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.) and drive decisions based on financial goals and user behavior.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional agile initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.

Marketing & Franchise Development team is focused on Digital Sales transformation and enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. This individual would manage our existing customer cross-sell and merchandizing strategy across Travel, Spend, and Loyalty card products.

Responsibilities

  • Define end to end roadmap and strategy to drive digital commerce growth for existing customers.
  • Lead and own offer Placement & Merchandizing strategy, data driven performance marketing insights, agile testing initiatives, and new feature recommendations.
  • Evaluate the potential to leverage and implement personalization strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Leverage research, analytics, data-driven insights to develop marketing roadmaps, improve user experiences and increase client engagement.
  • Create experiences that drive repeat and loyal buyers of our products and solutions.
  • Actively drive year over year growth, including, but not limited to, customer visits and overall engagement.
  • Identify innovations and lead “test and learn” experiments to increase customer value.
  • Define and measure the KPIs for a platform product and conduct analysis of performance versus goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage ongoing relationships with marketing, product, analytics, technology, operations, and risk partners among others to progress overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in ecommerce leading strategy and execution preferred.
  • Knowledge of Digital sales and revenue drivers, Placement & Merchandizing strategy, marketing performance insight and Analytics dashboards.
  • Demonstrated customer centricity to shape solutions and meet financial goals.
  • Drive innovation through Digital experience by leveraging analytics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
