Pay: $60-62 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.
Hybrid: New York City (3 days per week)
Length of contract: Approved for 12 months, possible extension
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60-62 / hourly as a W2 employee.
Holidays and vacation days taken are unpaid.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. The Role
We are looking for a creative and analytical strategist to lead the voice of our credit card portfolio across social and influencer channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and disciplined execution, managing agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will be the linchpin between our creative ambitions and our regulatory requirements, ensuring our content is as compliant as it is compelling.
What You Will Do
Lead Strategy & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer and social media campaigns—from creative briefing to launch—ensuring alignment with business goals for our credit card products.
Manage Partnerships: Act as the primary lead for external agencies and influencers, providing clear creative direction, concise briefs, and actionable feedback to drive scale and quality.
Navigate Compliance: Own the legal and regulatory review process, ensuring all content meets industry standards without sacrificing creativity.
Drive Performance: Establish benchmarks and reporting frameworks for paid and organic campaigns, translating complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.
Amplify Events: Translate live events into scalable social content that extends reach beyond the moment.
What You Bring
Experience: 5–8 years in influencer marketing and social media (Brand or Agency side). Financial services or regulated industry experience is a strong plus.
Strategic Vision: A deep understanding of the social ecosystem (trends, platform features, KPIs) paired with the ability to manage "always-on" acquisition strategies.
Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and manage complex work streams independently.
Communication Mastery: You can write a sharp brief, present convincingly to leadership, and negotiate clearly with partners.
Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable using social listening and management tools to prove ROI and refine strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns in support of credit card products & benefits, collaborating with agency partners and internal teams to develop content that drives scale and impact.
- Lead and support social media content and campaigns from brief to launch.
- Build scale from live events by leading content development for influencer and social channels.
- Develop clear and concise briefs for agency partners and influencers.
- Provide creative direction and feedback for content development.
- Manage legal reviews and approvals to ensure all output and record storage is regulatory and policy compliant.
- Create presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish benchmarks and reporting for influencer and social campaigns.
- Develop content for "always on" card acquisition social campaigns.
Key skills
- 5-8 years of experience in developing and managing influencer marketing and social media marketing programs (brand or agency). Financial services experience a plus.
- Passion for social media and influencer content, with a deep understanding of current trends.
- Deep understanding of social media and influencer content best practices, platform features, and content formats.
- Creative vision, with ability to spark ideas and concepts while ensuring attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations with deep knowledge of social media and influencer KPIs.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and synthesize feedback.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple work streams independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective briefing and presentation skills.
- Experience with social media and influencer management tools and platforms.
- Experience leading and supporting paid social media campaigns.
