Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven home health care marketer to promote our home health services and geriatric care management and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will leverage digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strong relationships within the healthcare community. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in multichannel marketing, content creation, and data analysis to effectively position our services in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and print advertising that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine marketing tactics.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website using WordPress, HTML, and other content management tools to ensure fresh content and optimal user experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target demographics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B marketing initiatives that foster partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Monitor performance marketing metrics to assess ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales, product management, budgeting, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and print advertising methods.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML coding basics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft engaging messaging tailored for healthcare audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships within the healthcare industry (B2B).
  • A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Pay: $28.72 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
