This role focuses on shaping Amazon's early career pipeline by executing strategic initiatives and operational excellence to attract and develop top talent.
Responsibilities
- Driving strategic planning and execution across Amazon University Talent Acquisition, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
- Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
- Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization's capabilities to recruiter the best early career talent
- Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
- Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change
Skills
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working in international cross-functional teams
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- High quality document preparation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
