ROLE SUMMARY

Aluma is hiring a Marketing Operations & Growth Lead to help implement, manage, and scale our marketing efforts as the company grows. This role is focused on execution, systems, and performance. It is not a social media content role. We have dedicated support for content and creative, and this position exists to take strategy and turn it into organized, repeatable, and measurable execution across a growing injector platform. You will help bring structure to a complex marketing ecosystem that includes Aluma’s core brand, multiple injector brands, paid media, partnerships, events, websites, and ongoing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth, Partnerships & Visibility

Support outreach for podcasts, speaking opportunities, conferences, and strategic partnerships; coordinate thought leadership and PR opportunities with leadership; help position Aluma within the aesthetics industry through strategic visibility initiatives.

Paid Media, Funnels & Reporting

Plan, run, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns; manage budgets, targeting, testing, and performance tracking; build and manage basic lead funnels and landing pages; coordinate follow-up workflows including email, booking, and tracking; analyze performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, SEO, and website traffic; provide clear monthly reports and insights to leadership; support co-op campaigns with partners such as Allergan and Revance.

Marketing Operations & Systems

Manage marketing projects and timelines across Aluma and multiple injector brands; build and maintain scalable systems, SOPs, templates, and workflows; organize intake processes, calendars, and internal documentation; serve as a liaison between leadership, internal team members, and external vendors; maintain and deploy existing brand systems and templates to ensure consistency.

Website, SEO & Digital Experience

Oversee injector website builds using existing templates and systems; manage SEO-driven copy including services pages, blogs, and metadata; handle updates, galleries, booking integrations, and ADA tools; track website performance and recommend improvements.

Email Marketing, SMS & Automation

Build and deploy email campaigns using provided design assets; manage segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability; create automated email flows for injectors and Aluma initiatives; explore and implement SMS strategies where appropriate.

Injector Onboarding, Support & Events

Set up injector digital channels such as Mailchimp, Google Business, and Yelp; create and manage digital marketing templates and assets; support injectors with specials, promotions, and basic ad boosts; train PCCs on relevant marketing tools and workflows; support marketing communications for Aluma events and launches; coordinate with event partners, vendors, and venues as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
