- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure visibility and attractiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize data entry skills to update inventory levels, product descriptions, and pricing information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on objectives and strategies.
- *Requirements**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and data entry processes is advantageous.
- Multilingual capabilities are a significant asset in enhancing customer interactions.

Pay: $17.50-$22.50 per hour
