  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Utilize data entry skills to update inventory levels, product descriptions, and pricing information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on objectives and strategies.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail sales is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and data entry processes is advantageous.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant asset in enhancing customer interactions.
