E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Basic Function

The E-Commerce Listing Specialist is responsible for researching and establishing written descriptions of products to list on eBay and local classifieds. This is in-person position and not remote. Must be on site.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Determine pricing of products to be sold
Research product information
Create a written description of the product
Listing on eBay and local classifieds
Taking and editing photos for listings
Manage and monitor incoming product in the Data Base and in person
Provide excellent customer satisfaction and follow up throughout the sale process
Maintain spreadsheets when needed

Education and Experience

High School or GED with relative experience listing within eBay required.

Qualifications

Must have previous experience listing and selling items on eBay
Must have strong technical and Internet skills
Attract buyers to listings using good descriptions and pictures
Basic math required
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of computers, laptops, and other consumer electronics is a MUST
Dependable, punctual and ability meet deadlines.
Self-reliant/self-starter, but able to work with a team as well
Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively

Other Requirements

· Able to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, balance and reach.

· All candidates are subject to a post offer/pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· A successful E-Commerce Listing Specialist must be willing to agree and hold in confidence, all applicable Data and Trade information for our list of clients, and sign a Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement stating as much.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
