The challenge

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at leading pharmaceutical, medical technology, payer and provider companies to advise on digital strategy, customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. As a digital strategy analyst, you will be partnering with executives from Adobe’s largest, most strategic healthcare payor & provider customers and Adobe sales leaders to drive alignment around a vision for how Adobe’s technology can help transform consumer experiences, enable high-value business use cases, and deliver tangible business impact in the form of revenue growth, cost savings, & efficiencies. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional workstreams in support of strategic Adobe sales pursuits for leading healthcare companies. You will collaborate with a team of experts at Adobe with experience from leading consulting, technology, & healthcare/life sciences companies to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. You will advise industry executives and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor to clients, serving as a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, and use cases for Adobe technology.

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive knowledge of the Healthcare industry (Payors, Providers, Diagnostics)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of key industry trends, business issues, strategic priorities, challenges, & opportunities within Healthcare marketing, digital, & IT organizations
  • Understanding of digital customer engagement & high-level marketing technology capabilities and concepts; Ability to articulate business value of digital experience & marketing technology investments
  • Ability to partner with Sales leaders to collaborate on creation of account-level & sales opportunity-level strategies & plans to drive results for customers & Adobe
  • Proven track record of driving alignment with Healthcare client executives around business transformation vision, strategy, & roadmap
  • Experience interacting with Dir+ level stakeholders within Healthcare Marketing, Digital, IT organizations, whether in a role with consulting firm, marketing / digital agency, or industry-side Marketing, Digital, Commercial Operations, or Commercial IT function
  • Experience developing & maintaining strong customer / client relationships as well as collaborating across internal ecosystem functions / partners
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $74,300 -- $141,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.‌

In California, the pay range for this position is $97,800 - $141,600 │ In New York, the pay range for this position is $97,800 - $141,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
