About the Role

As a customer success team member, you are the support voice of A2X for merchants and accountants/bookkeepers (AB partners). We strive to provide helpful and friendly advice to our customers… and we want these interactions to be amazing.

We initiate relationships with prospects and nurture them, so they become advocates for A2X as a service, brand, and lifelong customers! This requires relationship management, patience, communication skills, product knowledge, perseverance and passion.

What you’ll work on

Assist with inbound support demand, customer nurturing and ongoing guidance.
Perform product onboarding sessions and handle any support-related matters.
Become an A2X and e-commerce accounting expert.
Assist in the creation of relevant support material and internal guidance.

Key Required Skills

Experience in the accounting and bookkeeping industry, ideally within ecommerce businesses (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy or eBay) and using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
Client-centric people skills, both in speaking and written communication.
A keen eye for detail and a keen heart for doing the right thing for clients.
A spidey-sense for problem-solving and explaining complicated things quickly.
A desire to learn, grow and work with some of the brightest in the ecommerce & accounting software space.
The ability to commit to a fixed number of hours in the North American time zone each week with the flexibility to work around other commitments you may have.
