*WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
*HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

You will be responsible for the representation of the product and visual merchandising online

You will carry out new collection uploads, including managing ecomm photo uploads

You will merchandise products within categories based on business requirements, margin, stock availability and sell-through

You will manage the recommended products for each new style uploaded

You will conduct on-site search analysis and management, optimizing current navigation and building landing pages for specific promotions

You will monitor customer journey and shopping behaviour.

You will partner with multiple teams including Marketing, Buying, Planning and In-store Visual Merchandising and follow the ecomm/marketing activations calendar.

You will set up online-exclusive promotions including creating online coupons

You will analyze results weekly and produce weekly reports on business performance (top styles sold, measure web KPIs, etc)

*Product creation and merchandising**:

Coordinate with marketing, buying, copywriters, graphic designers and photography department to gather content

Create, upload, modify and edit all products visible online

Publish, merchandise and maintain product catalogs and collections

Continually optimize the merchandising plan to keep the site fresh

Monitor and track product performance and availability of inventory

Monitor and trouble shoot site appearance for accuracy (price, name, descriptions, categories, photos) as well as consistency for English and French versions

Work with internal teams for release timings, promotions, markdowns etc.

*General Ecommerce**:

Analyze product sales and provide relevant and actionable insight for best sellers, most viewed etc.

Manage all coupons for affiliate partners, influencers etc.

Research and report on competition, relevant industry trends and best practices

Assist E-commerce Manager and Director with other special tasks and projects

*WHO YOU ARE**

This is what you’ve accomplished

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or management

1-2 years Web merchandising or ecommerce support experience

*This is what you’ll contribute to the team**

Online merchandising experience (preferred)

Experience using Magento (preferred)

Knowledge of Google Analytics (preferred)

Knowledge of CSS or HTML useful

Proficient in Excel/Sheets and data manipulation

Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing Microsoft Office.

Understanding of digital direct-to-consumer inventory management, sales analysis, and marketing.

Very detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills, in English; bilingual (English, French) preferred

An affinity for fashion and retail

Understanding of fashion retail calendar and merchandising opportunities

Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough

Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a positive attitude
