- *What are we looking for?**
We’re looking for a Community & UX Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes online communities — and also understands the craft of user experience design.

- *Key Responsibilities**:
Community Operations (Approx. 60%)
- Manage and grow online communities (e.g. Discord, Reddit, X, etc.), fostering active engagement.
- Monitor community discussions, respond to user questions, and identify recurring feedback.
- Plan and execute community campaigns, events, or interactive content to boost participation.
- Find and collaborate with external **content creators / community partners**.
- Stay updated on digital and cultural trends (2B + 2C) and translate them into community strategies.
- Summarize user sentiment and insights to share with internal teams.
UX Design & Research (Approx. 40%)
- Participate in **user research**: interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis.
- Create basic wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using **Figma** or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve UX across community touchpoints.
- *Requirement and skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in **community operations, digital marketing**.
- Hands-on experience with **community platforms** like Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.
- Solid UX design skills — including **wireframing, research, and interaction design**.
- Proficiency with tools like **Figma, Miro, Adobe** or similar.
- Good communication and cross-team coordination skills.
- Strong sense of digital culture, user behavior, and social trends.
