E-commerce Associate

**Ecommerce Associate -Calgary**

This position reports to the Main Store Manager for the successful delivery of the role.

• **:

The Ecommerce Associate will be in an essential position in fulfilling online orders and providing superior customer experience. The position will assist the main store day to day operations of ecommerce all essential functions and assist in other areas as needed.

• *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
• Providing excellent customer service and assist customers with complaints to find a satisfactory resolution.
• Performs all aspects of the day-to-day functions including printing, picking, checking, packaging and staging the orders in scheduled sequence provided by management.
• Assist with customer carry-outs and general customer service as needed.
• Thinking on your feet and able to problem solve any issues as they arise.
• The ability to know when to seek guidance and take direction.
• Communicating regularly with Manager on Duty
• Coordinating deliveries for both ecommerce and in store with third party shipping on a daily basis
• Accurately recording breakage and returns from deliveries
• Team player and willing to assist in all areas of the store as needed
• Other duties as required
• *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
• Working knowledge and understanding of Epicor considered an asset
• Working knowledge and understanding of Shopify considered an asset
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Open availability Monday to Sunday as per business needs
