eCommerce Manager, Online Merchandising

As eCommerce Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our digital storefront, ensuring a seamless customer experience that reflects our premium positioning. Your responsibilities include managing and optimizing the website, driving online sales through promotions and SEO/SEM efforts, executing digital marketing initiatives, and leading content strategy.

You will work closely with internal teams to manage product listings, inventory visibility, pricing strategies, and site merchandising. Additionally, you will partner with logistics and customer service to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, exceptional taste and understanding of high-end branding, and strong copywriting skills are also essential.
