Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role is crucial for shaping our client's online presence across various social platforms. You will be responsible for content strategy, community management, campaign performance analysis, and staying ahead of emerging social media trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts for businesses, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and digital marketing best practices.

Your responsibilities will include creating compelling and shareable content (text, image, video), scheduling posts, monitoring social conversations, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. You will also analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, generate reports on key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and SEO principles is essential. Strong copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills are required. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the marketing team and other departments. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Build and nurture online communities around the brand. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions). Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visual and brand consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Demonstrable experience in creating engaging text, image, and video content. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management. Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment. Creative thinking and a passion for digital storytelling. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
