Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Strategist with a specialization in digital campaigns to join their growing team in **Denver, Colorado, US**. This role is integral to developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. You will conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, current trends, and best practices, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing actions. Collaboration with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, will be essential to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. You will also be responsible for managing marketing budgets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on campaign ROI to senior leadership. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility and the opportunity to engage in collaborative in-office sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC). Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution. Develop creative briefs and work with creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets. Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Mentor junior marketing staff and contribute to team development. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign management. Proven success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior. Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
